Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your Chi-mat, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Due to hygienic reasons, returned Chi-mats will not be resold.
  • Returned mats must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email chimat@drgreenshealth.com using your email address and order ID
  2. Let us know if you would like to return or exchange your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Returns are free within the first 14 days. After the 14 days, cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
