Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your Chi-mat, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Due to hygienic reasons, returned Chi-mats will not be resold.
- Returned mats must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email chimat@drgreenshealth.com using your email address and order ID
- Let us know if you would like to return or exchange your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
- Returns are free within the first 14 days. After the 14 days, cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
